I started training and running about ten years ago. After letting myself go for years I was overweight and out of shape. I transformed myself to become the runner I am today. I have run countless marathons, half marathons, 10Ks, 5Ks Ragnar Relays, Tough Mudders and triathlons from sprints up too full iron mans, and a few Ultra marathons. I am a certified run coach and certified personal trainer. I am constantly striving to better myself in all aspects of life from running, to nutrition, to an overall healthy lifestyle. I started from rough beginnings to learn proper nutrition, and how to lose weight and not sacrifice performance. I love this sport, if I am not running or working out. I am reading about it to better myself and keep up with the trends old and new. I love to help all runners from novice to advanced in all aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
